Managing the Calendar

We have two shared calendars for all our events:

• Main Calendar - for official Photostroll-hosted events
• Community events - for other NYC-area photography events we’d like to promote

Main calendar

Official walks should follow these guidelines:

• Title: “Community Photowalk №000: Neighborhood”
  • Follow this format exactly, and only change these values:
  • Replace 000 with the current walk number
  • Replace Neighborhood with the NYC neighborhood. If outside NYC, use city and state, e.g. Newark, NJ
• Location: Exact meet-up location for the walk. Be sure this is as accurate as possible.
